Processing Time

Rip N Ship Orders: Processed on Saturdays every fortnight, unless otherwise specified. Our team works diligently to ensure your orders are carefully prepared and packaged.

Sealed Orders: If you select the sealed option, your order will be shipped within 3 business days. We ensure your pack is securely sealed and sent directly to you without being opened.
Shipping Methods & Destinations
We offer a variety of shipping methods within Australia only. Available shipping options will be presented at checkout, and shipping costs will be calculated based on the selected method and the weight of the package.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Delivery Time
Products will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days once payment has been received.
Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and your location within Australia. Delays may occur due to factors like COVID-19 or other statewide disruptions.
Live Stream Pack Openings

Sealed Option: If you choose the sealed option, your pack will not be opened on our live stream and will be shipped directly to your address.

Rip ‘n Ship Option: If you choose the Rip ‘n Ship option, your pack will be opened live, and you'll be able to watch the excitement unfold! If you’d like to change your preference to sealed, please contact us prior to the live stream.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s status and estimated delivery time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Hofs Hobbies is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier (Australia Post) directly to file a claim.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Hofs Hobbies is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Payment Deadline
Shipping must be paid within 2 weeks of purchase. If shipping is not paid within this time, the Rip ‘n Ship order will be considered forfeited and donated. No refunds or replacements will be offered for forfeited orders.
Rip n Ship Shipping Cost Adjustment
For Rip n Ship orders, if the actual postage cost exceeds the price displayed on the website at checkout, the customer will be invoiced for the additional shipping costs. This invoice must be paid before the order is shipped.
Return Policy

Change of Mind returns will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed via the original form of payment.

Damaged products will be refunded once the products have been returned to us.
Other Important Information

No International Shipping.

No shipping to parcel forwarding services.

A 5% Restocking Fee will apply if the shipping restrictions are breached.
