Returns Policy

Return Window

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

Change of Mind

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please double-check your order before finalizing your purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

    1. Check your bank account again to confirm the refund status.

    2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.

    3. Reach out to your bank, as there can be processing delays.

Sale Items

  • Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at hofshobbies@gmail.com to arrange the exchange.
